Prerequisites:

For TRI (A):

  • Valid CPL (A) or ATPL (A) license
  • Min 1500h TT as pilot on multi-pilot aircraft
  • Valid minimum level IV knowledge of the English language proficiency according to the ICAO scale
  • Completed within the last 12 months at least 30 route sectors, including take-offs and landings as PIC or Co-pilot on the applicable type, of which not more than 15 sectors in a flight simulator.


For SFI (A):

  • Valid or expired CPL (A) or ATPL (A) license
  • Min 1500h TT as pilot on multi-pilot aircraft
  • Valid minimum level IV knowledge of the English language proficiency according to the ICAO scale
  • Completed within the last 12 months Proficiency Check on applicable type flight simulator
  • Completed within the last 12 months at least 2 LOFT-based simulator sessions conducted by qualified flight crew as an observer.

 

The training course (TRI/SFI) consists of three parts:

Part 1 – TRI/SFI teaching and learning course - 40 hours of classroom.
Part 2 - technical training - 10 hours of briefing room or simulator.
Part 3 - simulator training - 10 hours training on the simulator.
